Night Run Cascais (IRONMAN)

The 5 km Night Run is the perfect way to start race week at IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal-Cascais, and for the whole community to experience the IRONMAN energy, at the heart of Cascais.
Race starts at the Cascais Marina. Athletes will cross the entirety of the Marina, passing around the restaurants and exiting through the ramp in front of Parque Marechal Carmona. They will turn left and head towards Guia using the road by the sea (Av Rei Humberto II de Itália).
At the Guia roundabout they will turn back towards the centre of Cascais, this time, using the interior street (Av. da República) passing by the Hippodrome, the Paula Rego Museum and the Marechal Carmona park. Once they reach the roundabout in front of the Cascais Cultural Centre, athletes will turn right, making their way back into the Marina.
Finally, they will take the same path from the start of the course, passing around the restaurant area, to finish the 5km under the start/finish arch.
